At FabulousDesigned.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Our Return Policy
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Some exclusions may apply, including final sale items, personalized products, and select furniture.
How to Return an Item
- Visit FabulousDesigned.com and log in to your account.
- Navigate to “Order History” and select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Follow the prompts to generate a return label.
- Pack your return securely and attach the prepaid label.
- Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the fastest service.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for assistance. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
